Create QR codes

A QR code stores a URL, message, Wi-Fi login, or contact card so a phone camera can open it. This page generates the code in your browser and lets you save PNG or SVG.

URL QR codes

Paste a website address to make a QR code that opens that page. Prefer http or https links.

Text QR codes

Encode any text, including more than one line. Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, and emoji are supported.

Wi-Fi QR codes

A Wi-Fi QR code can share a network name, password, and security type so a phone can join without typing the password.

Contact QR codes

vCard QR codes store a name, phone, email, and website so someone can save the contact after a scan.

Create barcodes

1D barcodes are used on products and labels. This tool makes CODE128, CODE39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, and ITF in the browser.

Code 128

CODE128 is a flexible barcode for letters and numbers. Use it for internal labels when you do not need a retail GTIN.

EAN-13 and EAN-8

EAN barcodes are used in retail. Enter 12 digits to add an EAN-13 check digit, or 7 digits for EAN-8. A wrong check digit is rejected, not silently fixed.

UPC-A and ITF

UPC-A is common in North America (11 digits plus a check digit). ITF (Interleaved 2 of 5) is numeric and needs an even length.

Privacy

QR and barcode data stays in your browser. NEXNARA does not upload the text, Wi-Fi password, or barcode value.

FAQ

Can I create a QR code for a website?

Yes. Choose QR Code, then URL, and paste the address. Download PNG or SVG when the preview looks right.

Can I create a Wi-Fi QR code?

Yes. Enter the network name, security type, and password. Hidden networks are supported. The payload is built with standard Wi-Fi QR escaping.

Can I save my QR code as PNG or SVG?

Yes. PNG is a bitmap. SVG is a real vector file, not a PNG wrapped in SVG.

What barcode formats are supported?

CODE128, CODE39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, and ITF. CODE128 is the default because it handles mixed letters and numbers.

What is the difference between Code 128 and EAN-13?

CODE128 can encode a wide ASCII string. EAN-13 is a 13-digit retail number with a check digit. Use EAN-13 for product GTINs, and CODE128 for general labels.

Does NEXNARA send my data to a server?

No. Generation runs in your browser. Wi-Fi passwords and contact details are not uploaded.

Can I change QR code colors?

Yes. Set foreground and background with the color picker or a HEX value. Very low contrast is allowed, but a warning appears because scanners may fail.

Why won't my barcode generate?

The value may use characters the format does not allow, or the EAN/UPC check digit may be wrong. The error under the preview names the problem.
