Clean Excel and CSV data

This page is one workspace for spreadsheet cleanup. You can find duplicates, filter and sort rows, drop empty data, and reshape columns without leaving the browser or creating a separate tool for each step.

Find and remove duplicate rows

Search the whole row or chosen columns such as email, or first name plus last name. Review the matching rows first, then keep the first copy, keep the last copy, or remove every duplicated row.

Remove empty rows and values

Delete rows that are completely blank, find rows with missing cells, remove those rows, or fill empty cells with a value such as N/A or 0.

Filter and sort data

Search every column or one column, then add text or number filters. Sort by text, number, or date, with an optional second sort. Filtered rows can be downloaded on their own.

Select, delete and rename columns

Keep only the columns you need, delete others, rename a header, or move a column left and right before you export.

Clean text and spaces

Trim leading and trailing spaces, collapse repeated spaces inside a cell, or change selected columns to uppercase, lowercase, or title case.

Find and replace data

Replace text in one column or every column. Use case-sensitive matching, or require an exact cell match so similar values stay untouched.

Export cleaned data

Download CSV, Excel, or TSV from the same cleaned table. You can export the full working table or only the rows that match the current search and filters.

Parsing and cleanup run in your browser. NEXNARA does not upload the spreadsheet or CSV.
